“Locate District” is a real-estate company owning very high level commercial projects both in terms of dimensions and the quality of its works underway. These include Scalo Milano, an outlet dedicated to famous fashion creators, gastronomic culture and design. The very modern commercial complex is located in Locate Triulzi, just 25 minutes from the center of Milan, linked to the city and the region by the underground.

The present study is aimed at creating a new-generation shopping center, where the most advanced technology is the master, thanks to multimedia and multi-touch screens. In the area of Aprilia, in a lot of trapezoidal shape, you enter a building with a regular geometry, two rectangular slats interspersed with an internal square; the “basilical” distribution with central atrium and bodies on the sides, allows to optimize the spaces and reduce the visibility paths of the shopping center.

The strong triangular shape of the lot has influenced the design choices, especially in terms of planimetric layout. On the west side, with respect to the internal penetration point of the lot, the new centralized checkpoint was provided, while the fuel area and the refreshment area were located in the upper part, on the eastern side.

Located in one of the most prominent location of Abu Dhabi, i.e. in Etihad Tower Complex. The concept for the showroom was inspired from the curves used in the car outer envelope. The curves were carefully studied to understand the formation of the dynamic curves. Architecture and Interior design were aligned with the design language of Etihad Towers complex in order to merge the concept within the site.

The main intention behind the concept is to project a new idea of mall. We were looking for something different than the classic concept of mall, so we decided to project the building in the middle of a real oasis, surrounded by green plants, colorful flowers and small lakes. This idea could be also the perfect way to hide the big window-less facades of the mall and consequently to save money with cheaper materials for the walls.

Interior design of the sports bar, in saadiyat island was conceptualized to reflect the speed and movement within the constraints of the architectural design. The color scheme and the design was ideated from iBridge interior design team, giving an all together a custom made tailor design solution for the client. Ceiling, furniture and the interior wooden casework are detailed designed, to provide the best fit out solution.
