The Leonardo Building which is a residential building in Masdar City is a perfect example for the sustainable design desired and visualized by the developer to adopt in this environment. The lot has a total area of 4,250 square meters and has a maximum massing of 30 meters allowable in this area and accumulates a GFA of 12,000.00 square meters with a total of 174 residential units.

Located in one of the most privileged areas of Masdar City, Oasis Residential Building is surrounded by the natural landscape of the “Green Finger”. This linear park, directly connected to the common facilities of the complex, is equipped with jogging and bicycle trails and it particularly brings cooling breezes into the heart of the built environment.

The project concerns a proposal for the development of an area located in Abu Dhabi - Al Raha Beach, the Developer is Link Properties. The program includes the creation of one 23-storey residential tower of 19,000 square meters, and thirteen town houses estimated to be about 4000 square meters. We designed the complex as a sailing boat surrounded by waves along the west and northern side.

As the world’s most sustainable eco-neighborhood, Masdar City is designed to reduce energy and water consumption and features an integrated, smart transportation network that makes the community accessible and livable. The project of F10 A and B lots perfectly matches the general philosophy of Masdar City with primary emphasis on the performance and comfort of the buildings.

The architectural design of the Flourish development to Plots PA 503 & PA 504 in the Khor Al Raha development has been guided by the use of the ‘finger plan’. The finger plan moves away from traditional single block residential developments and has been used to inform the plan, built form and material use of both buildings. The finger plan was implemented during the concept design stage of the development.

A constant element of the project is the vertical forest as enhancement of the building performances both aesthetic and energetic. The idea of the project is to give an urban aspect to the external facades squared designed and mainly characterized by the vertical forest, in the meantime the courtyards curved and smooth shape designed embraces the internal space dedicated to families and users of the residential complex.

A secret generative core, hidden in a protective shell. Contemporary cubic volumes, lightened by refined weaves playing with inside/outside landscapes and with light/ dark atmosphere. Two floors animated and nourished by a heart representing the central fulcrum, which gives energy and life to the whole house, from ground to sky.

Buildings, such as in our project, will be widely populated, allowing residents to live and work in the same location thereby reducing heating, cooling and internal transportation needs. Our main aim is to develop a building that fulfils the project requirements exceeding expectations in terms of residential space while respecting the significance and ideology of the future Masdar City.

Located in one of the most prominent position of Al Reem Island, facing the Canal, in front of the New Galleria Mall Expansion and beside the Leaf Tower. The UGA Tower has been designed to become the new landmark of the area. The main elements are the Podium and the Tower. The two floors high Podium, with a maximum height of 10.8 m. ,accommodate all the retail area and will be the facility area of the Tower with the stunning infinity pool, the restaurants and the SPA.

Villa is located in the Saadiyat Island and belongs to one of our most prestigious client, who had a keen interest in modern and simple living. After research and mind mapping with the client, the villa interior was started taking the form. Mood boards and colors were prepared by the iBridge interior design team, in order to take the care of natural living.
